Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We no not offer any refunds however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can exchange your unworn merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. You can use the credit of your returned merchandize towards future purchases on our website. Your credit must be used within 30 days. All shipping fees are non-refundable. All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds or exchanges on special orders, including lengthened/shortened pieces and requested design changes of any sort.

Merchandise must be returned in its original state and packaging before an exchange can be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandize. Please insure any packages when re-shipping. We cannot be responsible for any merchandise lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

If you wish to cancel an order you placed on this site you must contact us in writing at info@LoviLove.com within 24 hours of placing your order otherwise you will be responsible for the merchandise purchased. There are no cancellations on orders shipped via next day or 2nd day.

Repair Policy on handmade jewelry

In the unlikely event that a piece of jewelry needs repair, there will be a $15.00 per piece repair charge on most pieces (for merchandise that is over 60 days old the repair cost is 25.00 per piece). If the cost of repairing the piece should exceed the $15.00 charge the customer will be notified of the additional costs involved before proceeding to make any repairs. All of our jewelry pieces are either a one of kind or a limited edition so some beads, stones, chain, clasps or pendants may not be available for the repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar and look just as unique. All substitutions will be discussed with the customer and will require approval in writing to avoid any miscommunications from either party. Repairs can take up to 3 weeks depending on designer and what needs to be replaced or repaired. Customers are only responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to the Lovi Love Store. Lovi Love will be responsible for the shipping cost after the repairs are made. All shipments will go out ground.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped out insured UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Your shopping cart will automatically add shipping costs to your order Merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of receiving the purchase order from the Lovi Love site. Lovi Love will not responsible for any merchandise lost, damaged or stolen upon delivery. Signature is required for all deliveries unless specified differently. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for merchandise sent back to the Lovi Love Store. Shipping fees are non-refundable on any exchanged merchandise.
